GSD Horsham is searching for an Operations Technician in Horsham, PA.

Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Compliance with all aspects of our Quality Management System – GSD Horsham is ISO:9001 and ISO:13485 certified
• Inventory tracking/monitoring – raw materials through finished goods
• Physical inventory counts as necessary
• Create and distribute work orders for Laboratory Technicians based on inventory levels
• Assist manufacturing department with various tasks, including preparation of buffers and reagents, running assays, bottle/vial filling, and labeling
• Maintain product identification and location accuracy within facility
• Setup and maintain kit assembly staging area
• Follow specific kit documentation and protocols for kit assembly
• Create and print labels
• Accurately stock finished products and other stock goods; work closely with manufacturing/operations personnel to maintain inventory
• Receive and inspect incoming raw materials and other components. Complete inspection documentation as appropriate, label and store material as required
• Ship products via FedEx, DHL, UPS, and other carriers
• Correct care and attention when dealing with hazardous materials

Qualifications

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to stand on feet for prolong periods of time and lift to 50lbs
• 0-3 years of laboratory experience
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field

Additional Information

Schedule:

• First shift, 40 hour per week, non-exempt, full-time, Monday - Friday
