Ronald McDonald House Canada is seeking a Manager, Corporate Partnerships to drive the growth of long-term, sustainable partnerships with corporate Canada - helping keep families close during their child’s healthcare journey. This strategic and relationship-driven leader will be responsible for growing and stewarding revenue from national corporate partners, supporting a network of 12 Ronald McDonald House Regional Chapters across Canada. Reporting to the Director, National Partnerships and Development, the Partnerships Development Lead will oversee an active $1.5M portfolio of existing partners while developing and managing a strategic pipeline of new opportunities to grow the portfolio to $3.5M+ in the next 3 years. Balancing strategic leadership with hands-on relationship management, this role ensures both high-level growth and day-to-day excellence in partner engagement and stewardship. As a champion of Ronald McDonald House Canada’s mission, the Partnerships Development Lead works cross-functionally and collaboratively to design innovative programs, deliver meaningful donor journeys, and lead national stewardship efforts - ensuring a unified and impactful experience across Ronald McDonald House Canada’s federated network.

Measurement & Reporting
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, nonprofit management, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFRE) are considered assets.
Experience: 5–10 years of progressive experience in fundraising, development, or corporate partnerships, ideally within the nonprofit or social impact sector. Experience working within a federated or multi-stakeholder model is an asset.
Strategic Fundraising Expertise: Deep understanding of the Canadian philanthropic landscape, with a focus on corporate giving, cause marketing, and mission-driven partnerships. Proven success in securing and growing revenue through strategic donor engagement.
Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate donors and stakeholders. Skilled in developing customized stewardship plans and donor journeys that drive retention and impact.
Communication & Storytelling: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to translate RMHC’s mission into compelling partnership opportunities. Experience collaborating with marketing teams to develop donor-facing materials and campaigns.
Leadership & Collaboration: A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment. Able to influence and inspire internal and external stakeholders through connection, alignment, and shared purpose.
Mission Alignment: Deep commitment to Ronald McDonald House Canada’s mission, with a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of families with seriously ill and injured children.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using fundraising CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual collaboration tools. Skilled in data tracking, reporting, and donor analytics.
The expected salary range for this role is $89,599 - $127,998 per year
