Our state-of-the-art, 52-bed acute rehabilitation facility offers personalized treatment for individuals who are recovering from a severe injury or illness so that each patient feels comfortable and supported throughout their care journey.

Peak Rehabilitation Hospital is a joint-venture partnership between Duke Health, WakeMed and Lifepoint Rehabilitation. Our programs offer customized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation or orthopedic injury.
