The Territory Account Representative serves as the primary point of contact for our valued retail partners. This role focuses on building strong relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction across assigned retailers. Based in our Eagan, MN office, you will collaborate virtually with retail partners to develop strategic business plans, deliver impactful product and marketing training, and provide exceptional channel support. Your efforts will directly influence business success and customer experience.

Highlights of your role

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers in your territory.
  • Conduct virtual meetings and occasional in-person visits with retail teams.
  • Act as a business consultant, providing performance summaries and growth recommendations.
  • Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies.
  • Deliver product and marketing training to retail teams.
  • Administer Infinity Sales Programs and ensure compliance.
  • Resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Report on sales results and progress toward goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide weekly feedback to leadership on market conditions and product insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on proposals and strategic initiatives.

You’re a good fit if you have (or if you can)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in in-home sales or as a manufacturer’s representative (SFI model preferred)
  • Knowledge of window products and installation
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
  • Valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% within the territory

Compensation

Earning potential includes a base salary range of $67,000-$75,000/year (dependent on experience) plus annual sales incentives!
