Information Technology Services (ITS), currently has an opening for an IT Systems and Infrastructure Engineer II position in our Chinden office in Boise.
This position managesa wide range of essential IT infrastructure and services across multiple domains and tenants. Responsibilities encompass managing traditional on-premise components like Active Directory, Group policy, and Windows servers, alongside cloud services such as Entra ID, AWS, and M365. This position is also responsible for critical functions like email administration, DNS, Infoblox, Certificates/PKI, server patch management, and providing Tier 3 break/fix support.
Please note: The successful candidate will be required to pass multiple, comprehensive fingerprint-based background checks specific to the agencies ITS supports.
