• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field is required for this position.
• At least 3 years' experience in project management or business process management roles within large organisations is essential.
• 5-7 years' hands-on experience in full-stack development using languages such as Java, VBA, VB, C#, .NET or JavaScript is necessary for success.
• Demonstrated proficiency across the full software development lifecycle including requirement analysis, architecture design, database management, coding standards implementation, testing protocols and performance tuning.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions that deliver measurable results.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers or project managers with a focus on nurturing talent through supportive leadership practices.
• Strong multitasking skills enabling you to manage multiple concurrent projects without compromising quality or timelines.
• Excellent communication skills with advanced proficiency in written and spoken English are vital for stakeholder engagement across regions.
