Schedule: Full-time, 4 days/week (Monday–Thursday)

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible)

Solo Provider Opportunity: Enjoy autonomy in clinical decision-making and the ability to build strong patient relationships

Operatories: 6

Technology: CBCT, Primescan, Overjet/Iris

Team Support: Office Manager, 3 Front Desk, 5 Dental Assistants

Hygienists: 1.5

Payer Mix: Medicaid, PPO, FFS

  • Leadership & Initiative: Comfortable making operational decisions and guiding support staff.
  • Strong Time Management: Efficiently manage patient flow and treatment schedules.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle unexpected clinical or operational challenges independently.
  • Excellent Communication: Build trust with patients and maintain clear communication with the team.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of practice metrics and patient retention strategies.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

Current/Active license in good standing (or eligible to obtain)

Preferred: 3+ years of experience

Skilled in bread-and-butter dentistry, implants, all molar endo, and/or surgical extractions
