Job Description
We are hiring A&P Mechanics and A&P Mechanic Leads to support aircraft maintenance operations. Both roles are responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards. Lead positions include all core mechanic duties plus coordination and oversight of daily maintenance activities. Work includes scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, hangar operations, real-time line maintenance, and rapid-response AOG support. Lead roles are working Lead positions.

Work Environment
The work environment is primarily in a hangar with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. There may be an addition of second and third shifts, so flexibility in shift availability is preferred. The role requires working in various conditions, including at heights and in confined spaces, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Candidates must have their own tools, which need to be in a box but do not have to be shadowed and etched.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Birmingham, AL.
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
