We are looking for a Partner Experience Specialist in the Central and Eastern European Organization, starting immediately. This role sits at the intersection of partner sales, finance, and operations, providing critical commercial and administrative support to our partner ecosystem. The Partner Experience Specialist plays a key role in ensuring smooth deal execution, compliance, and partner satisfaction, working closely with the Sales organization and other Subject Matter Experts such as Legal, Revenue Recognition, Pricing, Contracting, and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in commercial operations, deal management, and partner enablement within a dynamic, international environment.

What you’ll build

  1. Commercial Support & Deal Coordination
  • Work on moderately complex commercial and operational topics requiring collaboration and sound judgment.
  • Act as a main point of contact for sales teams, internal and partner stakeholders regarding partner-related deals and requests.
  • Support the deal approval process, ensuring timely and compliant review in line with internal and partner policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and review Deal Notification / Online Order Forms, ensuring consistency with company templates and legal standards.
  • Communicate proactively with Program Leads and sales teams regarding updates or potential issues that may affect deal closure or customer contracts. Propose practical solutions to maintain efficiency and compliance.
  1. Partnership Operations & Support
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the partnership teams.
  • Deliver assigned sub-projects and outcomes independently within defined policies and processes.
  • Handle queries through, ensuring resolution within defined SLAs and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Promote digital tools and resources to streamline engagement.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of digital assets and documentation for sales enablement.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Legal, Pricing, Finance, and GRC to ensure all deals meet compliance, revenue recognition, and risk management requirements.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve commercial processes and tools.
  • Clearly and professionally convey information across teams and management, providing timely and constructive feedback, and ensuring alignment.
  • Balance accuracy and speed under pressure, maintaining focus on simple, efficient, and compliant processes.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience (internships or entry-level roles in sales operations, partner management, or commercial support preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, or similar enterprise tools (SAP experience is a plus).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments.
