Salary: $15+ BOE

• Operate up to three machines at a time, monitoring production to ensure proper functioning.
• Check and maintain the quality of machines and finished workpieces.
• Measure dimensions of finished workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
• Mount, align, and secure workpieces on machines, following established processes and using hand tools and measuring instruments.
• Efficiently run production while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Monitor and measure features of parts produced to maintain consistent quality.
• Maintain expected levels of housekeeping in the work area.
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support production and operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a machine operator, production technician, or similar manufacturing role preferred.
• Proficient with hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and basic machine operation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to multitask and monitor multiple machines simultaneously.
• Available for 2nd shift and over time when needed
