Spark Foundry is looking for a Media Supervisor who combines analytical thinking with creative problem-solving to deliver exceptional campaign performance. In this role, you’ll manage client relationships, oversee media planning and execution, and guide a talented team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive media plans that align with client objectives, utilizing a strategic mix of traditional and digital channels for maximum impact.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, understanding business goals and providing tailored media recommendations to foster strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with agreed strategies.
  • Determine the most effective media mix for ad placements across offline and online platforms.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate campaign performance, adjusting strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports on client campaigns and competitor activities.
  • Track and analyze media trends across online and offline outlets, including TV shows, magazines, blogs, and radio programs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and integration of media strategies.
  • Manage invoicing and budget tracking to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in media planning and management within a media agency.
  • Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in English and Greek language
  • Academic background in Finance, Marketing, or Business Studies
  • Strong understanding of campaign monitoring and control
  • Structured and methodical approach with high consistency and reliability
  • Proven managerial and leadership skills combined with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing trends
  • Familiarity with digital platforms (desired)
