Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated professional for the role of PE-Policy Servicing with 2 to 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Office and a strong background in Life and Annuities Insurance. This role requires excellent English communication skills and involves working from our office during day shifts. No travel is required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage policy servicing tasks efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve service delivery in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to prepare reports analyze data and maintain accurate records of policy servicing activities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all servicing activities.
  • Provide insights and feedback to enhance policy servicing procedures and customer experience.
  • Support the development and implementation of new strategies to optimize policy servicing operations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current servicing practices and suggest improvements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless policy administration and customer support.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and communication.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to contribute to the companys growth and innovation.
  • Deliver exceptional service that aligns with the companys mission to positively impact society.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong proficiency in MS Office applications to perform daily tasks efficiently.
  • Have in-depth knowledge and experience in Life and Annuities Insurance to manage policy servicing effectively.
  • Demonstrate excellent English communication skills both written and verbal to interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address policy servicing challenges.
  • Show attention to detail and accuracy in handling policy-related documentation and data.
  • Display the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new industry developments.
