Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Company Controlling Analyst to join our finance team. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity of our general ledger, producing accurate management reports, and supporting internal control activities at the legal entity level. The ideal candidate will be a key player in maintaining robust financial processes, with specific responsibilities for seal management and account reconciliation. You will report directly to the Company controlling Manager and provide essential support for the company's financial health and compliance.

Your Role and Responsibilities ：

Work model: onsite

General Ledger & Financial Reporting

• Take ownership of the general ledger for the legal entity, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and classified.
• Execute month-end and year-end closing activities, including the preparation and posting of journal entries, accruals, and provisions.
• Perform detailed account reconciliations for key balance sheet accounts, investigating and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

Financial Analysis & Controlling Support

• Support the Company Controlling Manager in financial analysis, including variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and fluctuation analysis.
• Help monitor the entity's financial performance and identify key drivers affecting results.
• Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting processes for the legal entity as required.

Internal Control & Compliance

• Company Seal Management: Be responsible for the secure custody and controlled usage of the company's official seal, ensuring strict adherence to the corporate seal management policy and maintaining a complete log of all usage.
• Support the Company Controlling Manager in maintaining a strong internal control environment (ICoFR) for the entity.
• Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Qualifications for the Role：

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a controlling role.
• Hands-on experience with general ledger accounting and month-end closing procedures is essential.
• Experience in a multinational corporate environment is a plus.
• Technical Accounting: Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Integrity & Discretion: High level of integrity and professionalism, crucial for handling sensitive responsibilities like seal management.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced skills in MS Excel.
• Communication: Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
