This is an important support role in the Outpatient Department at the Cromwell Hospital; you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional standards of customer service and patient care. You’ll have an opportunity to do work that matters, making a difference to the lives of our customers every day.
Role Overview
As Patient Coordinator, you will be under the general guidance of the Front of House Supervisors & Manager and will be responsible for all activities on any Reception Desk in the outpatient department of the hospital. You will provide a link between Hospital, Patients, Consultants and other users and act and interact with patients, consultants, staff and visitors in a way that will create an experience in accordance with Bupa Cromwell Hospital’s Service Vision which is “Every Patient is a VIP”.
