Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Associate Director, Client Relationships leads the Firm’s global client development team, collaborating with senior leadership, lawyers, and business development staff. This position focuses on strengthening client relationships through strategic initiatives such as events and client planning, while also advancing best practices in business development and communications across the Firm.
The Associate Director works closely with professionals worldwide, assists implement projects enhancing the Firm’s visibility and business growth. By aligning efforts across teams and regions, the AD plays a key role in driving revenue and promoting internal and external engagement.
Required Qualifications:
Jones Day offers competitive salaries and benefits to all employees. Compensation is determined upon the market in which the position is located, the responsibilities of the position, the experience and skills of the applicant, and other job-related factors. The starting salary range for this Cleveland position is $225,000 to $275,000.
