What You’ll Do
- Consolidate and analyze monthly financial results, forecasts, and budgets—including incurred and allocated results, budget variances, and key business drivers.
- Develop insightful executive presentations, providing monthly readouts and variance explanations to Finance and TSC leadership.
- Build and strengthen connections between operational metrics and financial performance, surfacing trends and actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Partner closely with the Finance Consolidations team to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve and automate monthly close, planning, and forecasting processes.
- Perform complex data modeling and advanced financial analysis to support strategic and transformation initiatives.

- MBA or advanced degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience.

Our Lead Financial Analysis - Transformation & Supply Chain, earns between $118,800 - $178,200. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
