WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- A university degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administrative coordination, project support, or operational roles within a corporate or studio environment
- Proven track record of managing access rights, folder structures, and calendar updates across multiple teams and platforms
- Familiarity with purchase order processes and cross-functional coordination across departments such as Studio, CPO, and Channel
- Solid understanding of activity resource planning, good understanding of key marketing / trade marketing concepts like brand, merchandising & visibility solutions
- Ability to manage high volumes of low-value but essential tasks efficiently (e.g., SIGA requests, live chats, asset tracking), organize working activities and manage project timelines
- Comfortable using DAM systems, calendar tools, and workflow platforms; able to track and update digital assets and timelines
- Very good communication skills, well-organized person, eager to learn and develop; fluency in English
- Additional certifications in digital tools, workflow systems, or asset management platforms (e.g., DAM, Smartsheet) are considered an advantage

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
- Access & Folder Management by managing new and existing accesses and folders for respective teams
- Calendar & Digital Asset Management (DAM) updates by maintaining and following up on calendar entries and tools for toolbox delivery and ensuring timely updates and completion tracking assets
- Studio Business-As-Usual Support by updating distribution lists and organizational charts, tracking monthly capacity and support onboarding alignment and organizing studio-related events
- Purchase Order Requests Management by facilitating PO creation and tracking
- Cross-functional Coordination by ensuring smooth execution of initiatives and supporting live chats, SIGA requests, and interact ticket handling
