Job Description:

Nesco Resource is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support a leading manufacturer specializing in copper wire production. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment to ensure optimal operation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic issues.
• Work with copper wire processing equipment (experience preferred but not required).
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.

Requirements:

• Technical training/certification in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (transition to night shift after training).
• Experience in manufacturing (copper, wire, or metal processing a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
