What You Will Do in This Role
End-to-End Product Strategy:
Drive a comprehensive consumer product strategy that brings new identity protection and fraud prevention products and features to market, leveraging AI to accelerate innovation. Identify strategic opportunities through in-depth research, competitive and market analysis, and a deep understanding of the evolving threats families face from identity theft and financial fraud. Orchestrate the entire product lifecycle from early concept testing, validation, and rapid experimentation, to launching minimum viable products (MVPs) that validate market fit and scaling them across geographies and platforms. Define and measure product market fit metrics to continuously refine customer journeys, ensuring each interaction delivers measurable protection, peace of mind, and lasting value.
Product Lifecycle Ownership:
Own and manage the product roadmap to deliver impactful, customer-centric innovation balancing the launch of new-to-market (0→1) products and services with enhancements to existing offerings. Partner closely with commercial, design, and engineering teams to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention, with a strong focus on product market fit metrics.
Leadership:
Lead a cross-functional team of Researchers, Designers, Engineers, Marketers, and Product peers to design, test, and deliver solutions that help families stay protected from identity theft and financial fraud. Champion a culture of experimentation, learning, and operational excellence. Communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities to executive leadership through clear storytelling, strategic updates, and actionable recommendations.
Collaboration:
Work hand-in-hand with product and business leaders to shape the overall product vision and strategic direction, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative insights to prioritize initiatives that deliver measurable protection and business growth.

The pay range depicts a base salary range for all positions except commission-based roles. The pay range for commission-based roles represents On Target Earnings (annual base salary + target annual commission). Additional compensation elements may be offered including an opportunity for bonus incentives and also competitive benefits package. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as the external/internal market demand, location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
