Summary:

Creates and maintains up-to-date practitioner and provider databases as it relates to all Ohio Health Choice network products to facilitate the downstream processes of: claims payment, credentialing, production of network directories, tax records (1099s), communication of network changes to members, practitioners and providers, and regulatory agency compliance. Processes provider/practitioner data with knowledge of how that transaction will impact all downstream functions. Manages and resolves all issues related to provider/practitioner records.

Minimum Qualifications:

1.Formal Education Required:

• High School Graduate

2.Experience & Training Required:

• One (1) year experience using database, preferably with ACCESS, and other computer systems.
• Knowledge of healthcare preferred
• Knowledge of health insurance preferred

• Knowledge of Microsoft applications including ACCESS(preferred), Excel, and word

4.Level of Physical Demands:
