Our systems are intended for several plants over the world, where we fabricate hundreds of thousands of aligners per day, each of them is unique. As a Sr. Software Engineer in Test you will be a part of international company, where it is necessary to communicate with manufacturing engineers, understand the high-level goals and provide stability of developed software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate manufacturing activities and drive hardware/plant-side execution of cross-functional projects.
  • Perform manufacturing tests, support software development, and actively contribute to software project requirements and peculiarities.
  • Prepare and analyze data in collaboration with stakeholders to improve processes and statistical outcomes; apply basic statistical knowledge to drive decisions.
  • Use CAD systems to perform 3D measurements, analysis, and dimensional validation.
  • Proactively identify risks, propose innovative solutions, and ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery—often solving complex technical challenges with ownership and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring across teams; mentor junior staff and share expertise internally.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels—including senior leadership—to align technical execution with business goals.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

o Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering

o 5+ years in manufacturing process, project coordination, or plant support (hardware-focused)

o Hands-on experience with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo) for 3D modeling, measurement

o Experience with 3D scanners and dimensional validation

o Basic statistical knowledge to analyze/process manufacturing data

o Strong project coordination skills—driving timelines across hardware, plant, and software teams

o Proficient with collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

o Excellent communication & upper-intermediate English (B2+)
