About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Line Manager to lead our Load & Haul and Underground Drills division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across our Central Africa operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies for Load & Haul and Underground Drills product lines.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing team to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for the business line.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Service, HR, Finance) to deliver integrated solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mining, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in a leadership role within the mining, construction, or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong knowledge of Load & Haul and Underground Drills equipment and applications.
- Demonstrated success in business development, sales management, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
