Machine Operator - 2nd Shift - New Richmond

Salary: $23 an hour

Express Employment Professionals of River Falls is currently recruiting for a manufacturing company in New Richmond, WI that is looking to add skilled Machine Operators to their team and hiring on multiple shifts! If you are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

2nd shift - Pay: $20/hour Plus $3 Shift differential for 2nd shift only

Monday- Thursday 3:00pm-11:30pm, Friday's 2:00pm-10:30pm

• Requires at least 6 months recent machine operating experience*

Duties include but not limited to:

• Follow production and machine operating instructions and specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Package finished products for shipment or storage
• Maintain an organized work area
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols

Requirements:

• Previous experience in machine operating or working in a production environment
• Forklift experience and drivers license required for stocker position
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively and safely
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed
