Pay Rate: $24.00 – $28.00/hr (Pay automatically increases upon conversion)
PDS Tech is partnering with a major aerospace leader to hire a GSE / Facilities Maintenance Mechanic who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. If you enjoy taking on diverse mechanical challenges—vehicle repairs, lift equipment maintenance, HVAC support, and building maintenance—this role offers the variety, stability, and long-term growth potential you’re looking for. This is a temp-to-perm position with a guaranteed raise once you convert to permanent status.
In this role, you will keep the facility and its equipment running at peak performance. You’ll handle everything from GSE and vehicle diagnostics to preventive maintenance, HVAC support, building repairs, and coordination with contractors. This is a crucial position supporting daily operations, safety compliance, and overall site reliability.
Pay Details: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour
