We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of MANAGER, DATA ANALYTICS.

Principal responsibilities

  • Project Management: Plan and execute assigned projects and analyses within agreed timelines, ensuring high levels of accuracy and quality.
  • Data Access & Analysis: Utilize various databases to track business performance metrics, conduct trend analyses, and derive actionable insights.
  • Dashboard Development: Transform complex data into meaningful, visually engaging dashboards tailored for senior management, facilitating strategic decision-making. Streamlining and automation of reporting in an effort to bring efficiencies across all reporting lines, with the help of the technical teams as may be required.
  • Keep self and team updated of changes on an ongoing basis, and support Non-BAU projects / ad-hoc analysis as relevant, ensuring key takeaways are clearly articulated.
  • Independently communicate with business partners & other stakeholders with little supervision. The incumbent would be required to support specific group entity or any business geography.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce or any other numerical discipline or Bachelors in Engineering
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in Reporting & Analysis. Knowledge and understanding of financial services required.
  • Knowledge in MS Office Suite, MS PowerPoint & Excel / VBA is mandatory
  • Practical and theoretical knowledge of programming tools, preferably with proficiency in any one or combination of tools such as SQL, Looker, Qliksense, Tableau, Qlikview, Python, etc. would be beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to grasp new concepts quickly
  • Proven organizational, analytical, problem-solving and verbal & written communication skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are imperative, as are good tact and diplomacy
  • Effective Project management, Time management & prioritization skills with an ability to prioritize competing demands and deliver against stringent deadlines

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
