Role: Warehouse Operative

Location: Ballycoolin, Dublin

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00

Salary: €32,000 per year

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Operative, where safety, quality, and performance are at the heart of everything we do. This is an excellent opportunity to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. Your reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to operational excellence will play a key role in supporting smooth warehouse operations and exceptional customer service.

What will you be doing?

• Adhere to all Health & Safety guidelines and best practices.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions accurately.
• Communicate with customers as required to support daily operations.
• Execute warehouse tasks efficiently while maintaining product and inventory integrity.
• Maintain output levels consistent with team performance metrics (units per hour).
• Report inventory errors promptly to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Participate in weekly cycle counting to support stock accuracy.
• Ensure orders are picked, inspected, and delivered to customer standards.
• Work independently for extended periods when necessary.

About You

• Experience working independently within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Skilled in operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery.
• Physically fit and capable of handling packing and loading duties.
• Proven ability to achieve performance targets and pick rates.
• Dependable, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong level of English (spoken, written, and reading).
• Desirable: PC literacy and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (SAP).
