Construction Project Manager
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing assigned construction projects. They establish and implement project management processes to ensure projects are completed efficiently, within budget, meet all established standards, and are delivered on schedule.
Education and Experience Required:
High School Diploma/GED and three (3) years of experience in facilities or construction project management experience.
Certifications, Licenses, or Registration required:
N/A
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in construction management or construction engineering.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficient in construction project management processes and skilled in using computers and related software. Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups. Capable of clearly presenting information and responding to questions. Experienced in defining project goals, objectives, and participant roles. Well-organized in managing construction resources and adept at identifying and resolving complex challenges.
