1. 大专及以上学历,酒店管理、餐饮管理或相关专业优先。
2. 具备3年以上西餐厅管理岗位工作经验,熟悉高端餐饮运营模式。
3. 熟悉食品安全法规及服务流程,具备较强的现场管控与应变能力。
4. 具有良好的沟通协调能力、团队管理能力及客户服务意识。
5. 能够适应轮班工作安排,承受较强工作压力,责任心强。
