We are searching for the best talent for Marketing Manager - Electrophysiology based in Seoul.

Position summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy and execution for the Electrophysiology(EP) business in the Cardiovascular market. This leader will guide a high-performing marketing team, develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business growth targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the cardiovascular market, particularly EP, with proven experience in launching new products, driving market penetration, and engaging Key Opinion Leaders.

You will be responsible for:

Strategic Marketing Leadership:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Electrophysiology portfolios, aligning with overall business goals.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies such as Pulse Field Ablation (PFA), CARTO 3D system, and Ultra-sound products ensuring successful product launches and market penetration.
  • Set clear objectives for the marketing team, focusing on revenue growth, market share, and product differentiation.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and manage a marketing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure high performance.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Oversee the marketing team’s activities, ensuring alignment with global and regional business strategies.

Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution:

  • Lead seamless new product launches and drive adoption among healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with sales, clinical, and product management teams to ensure the marketing plan supports sales objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust marketing strategies as necessary.

KOL and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and leading medical professionals to drive advocacy for EP products.
  • Plan and execute KOL engagement activities, including promotional programs, events, and marketing activities, ensuring strong support for product adoption.
  • Collaborate with global teams to bring key global leaders to Korea for strategic KOL engagement.

Market Development and Growth:

  • Identify and develop opportunities to expand market reach for EP solutions, focusing on increasing revenue and market share.
  • Work with healthcare institutions to enhance procedural adoption, particularly in high-growth areas like Electrophysiology procedures and solutions.
  • Drive market access initiatives to secure reimbursement and optimize pricing strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner closely with enabling partners, business development and sales teams to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with regional/global marketing teams to align marketing initiatives and leverage shared resources.
  • Engage with supply chain and operations teams to ensure product availability, especially for critical products like Varipulse, Qdot and 3D products.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Analyze market performance metrics, customer insights, and business data to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on marketing outcomes, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize marketing impact and return on investment.

Qualifications / Requirements:

1. Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

2. Experience:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience in the MedTech, healthcare, or cardiovascular industry.
  • Proven track record in leading marketing teams and successfully launching new products in highly competitive markets.
  • Experience in Electrophysiology and/or Cardiovascular is highly preferred.

3. Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on driving performance and fostering talent.
  • Deep understanding of the cardiovascular market, particularly EP procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with KOLs, cross-functional teams, and global counterparts.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
  • Ability to analyze data, market trends, and customer feedback to adjust strategies and achieve results.

4. Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for KOL engagement, product launches, and global collaboration.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
