A day in the life…

We have an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to manage our Pharmacy customers in Sydney Eastern and Northern Beaches and surrounding suburbs including regional trips from Bowral down to Bega

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for manage driving sales growth, and expanding our customer base within your assigned territory.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering to sales KPI’s
  • Train face to face Pharmacy staff on our market leading brands
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory
  • Conduct face to face store visits with retailers to understand their needs, present product offerings, negotiate sales agreements and execute outcomes instore
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth
  • Identify and prospect new customers, build strong relationships, and convert leads into sales opportunities.

Travel Requirements

You will be responsible for visiting customers, prospects, and other stakeholders to build relationships and drive sales growth

The Territory Sales Manager role requires extensive travel within Sydney’s suburbs and surrounding areas including regional trips from Bowral down to Bega

  • At least twice per quarter regional trips (3-4 nights) away from home to regional NSW
  • Travel frequency is estimated to be approximately 90% of the time, depending on business needs and customer demands
  • You will be expected to plan and manage your travel schedule efficiently to maximize productivity, meet sales targets and work autonomously
  • Attend cycle meetings each quarter which includes one interstate per year
  • Must hold a fully unrestricted and valid driver's license (no P plates)

What will make you successful?

As a brand ambassador for our market leading portfolio of products we are looking for;

  • Ideally have a completed University Degree
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience in territory sales or field sales ideally in FMCG
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • Outgoing, approachable, and passionate about sales, as you manage the business relationships
  • Strong excel, PowerPoint, outlook and PowerBi skills
  • This position requires a valid Full Driver’s License
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
