We are looking for a proactive and experienced Packing Team Leader to manage a high-performing team within our packing facility. This role is pivotal in ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations while driving continuous improvement. You will lead by example, foster collaboration, and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety in a regulated environment. This is a shift-based position alternating weeks – Mon-Fri (6am-2pm)/Mon-Fri (2pm-10pm)/Mon-Fri (10pm-6am).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the Packing Team to achieve production targets and maintain compliance with cGMP and EHS standards.
  • Oversee daily packing operations, ensuring schedules are met and resources are optimized.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution of deviations or incidents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, EHS) to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Coach and develop team members, identifying training needs and fostering a culture of accountability and growth.

Knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Experience in a similar role from the pharmaceutical industry or other highly regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
  • Knowledge of cGMP, EHS standards, and process improvement techniques.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
