Are you a great planner? We’re seeking a Planning & Production Control Supervisor to lead and coordinate the activities of our Planning & Production Control Department. In this role, you’ll ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and safety standards while driving maintenance schedules and resource allocation. What YOU will do:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively. Exceptional communication skills are essential for fostering productive relationships with internal stakeholders, management, and customer representatives. Candidates should possess advanced proficiency in computer-based planning systems, customer maintenance platforms, and technical documentation, as well as solid knowledge of aircraft maintenance programs. Competence in software applications such as SAP, Microsoft Word, and Excel is required. Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours is expected to meet operational demands.
