Akkodis is seeking an Inspector II for a Contract with a client in Plymouth, MN. Responsible for performing visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of purchased materials and components, ensuring compliance with documented policies and procedures.

Rate Range: $26/hour to $28/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Inspector II job responsibilities include:

  • Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of purchased materials, components, and products in accordance with documented policies and procedures.
  • Operate test and measurement equipment as instructed and ensure accurate execution of inspection processes.
  • Record inspection and test data following established instructions and maintain compliance with quality standards.
  • Document non-conformances in the Non-Conforming Material Review system and assist in data collection for First Article inspections.
  • Participate in GR&R studies and support special test requests as directed by engineers or technicians.
  • Recommend changes to policies and procedures and may prepare and submit change requests to improve inspection processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in inspection or quality control preferred.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in inspection or quality assurance within a manufacturing or regulated environment.
  • Ability to operate test and measurement equipment and accurately document inspection results.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and familiarity with quality systems and compliance standards.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
