Purpose and Mission

• Responsible ensuring compliance with quality standards, driving continuous improvement, and supporting day-to-day quality operations in a specific plant.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance and Compliance:
• Implement and maintain quality processes, procedures, and policies at the site level.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., ISO, IATF) and company-specific quality requirements.
• Organize, manage and participate in internal and external audits, addressing findings and corrective actions.
• Oversee QMS Implementation:
• Ensure effective implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) across the company.
• Maintain relevant Quality Manuals and Procedures.
• Analyze procedural needs and plan Standard Operating practices.
• Customer Feedback Management:
• Collect and analyze customer feedback related to product quality, performance, and satisfaction.
• Translate customer comments into actionable recommendations for quality process improvement.
• Develop strategies to enhance product quality, reliability, and safety.
• Implement corrective actions based on VOC insights.
• Document Control and Training:
• Manage document control processes for site-specific quality documents.
• Maintain accurate records of quality-related activities, deviations, and change controls.
• Coordinate training programs for site personnel on quality procedures.
• Non-Conformance and CAPA Management:
• Investigate non-conformities, deviations, and customer complaints.
• Initiate and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Work with cross-functional teams to prevent recurrence.
• Metrics and Reporting:
• Define site-specific quality metrics and KPIs.
• Collect and analyze data to measure quality performance.
• Prepare regular reports for the Quality Site Manager.
• Risk Management:
• Participate in risk assessments related to site operations and product quality.
• Identify and mitigate risks within the site’s processes.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address high-risk areas.

Skills

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of risk-based thinking and quality risk management.
• 6 Sigma

Previous Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance or related roles.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering).
• Certification (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Improvement Associate) is a plus.
