Intuit is seeking an exceptional Senior Staff Product Manager to define the vision and strategy for its business tax offering for QuickBooks customers. This pivotal role will be responsible for solving the needs of accountants & all business sizes and types, from small and medium businesses to mid-market. You will be at the forefront of pioneering the future of business tax preparation by leveraging Agentic AI systems to create "done-for-you" experiences for businesses & accountants. Responsibilities

As a Senior Staff Product Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Defining, owning, and articulating a compelling vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the business tax offering, including agentic AI capabilities within, uncovering & translating complex user needs and business opportunities into measurable outcomes.
• Leading the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative AI-powered features and experiences for businesses, partnering deeply with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, designers, and tax experts.
• Driving product definition and requirements for underlying AI models, agent orchestration logic, and human-in-the-loop processes, carefully balancing user experience with the high bar for accuracy required in tax.
• Partnering closely with the TurboTax Business Tax team & Accountant segment to ensure cohesive strategy, seamless E2E solutions across Intuit platform, as well as collaborating with marketing, design, engineering, data science, and research teams.
• Driving in-depth research and testing to deeply understand small-business and mid-market and other business customer problems and their top jobs-to-be-done as relates to tax.
• Designing and executing data-driven experiments (including A/B testing and user studies) to validate hypotheses related to agentic AI effectiveness, user trust, and impact on business filer confidence and accuracy.
• Developing and tracking key metrics to measure how well capabilities meet market needs, based on partner input and competitive benchmarking, taking a data-driven approach to define success, track progress, and make informed decisions.
• Ruthlessly prioritizing initiatives and driving end-to-end product execution, from identifying unmet customer needs and defining requirements to launching, measuring success, and iterating based on outcomes.
• Partner with the marketing in developing the value proposition and benefits of our business tax products.

Qualifications

Successful candidates for this role will possess:

• 6+ years designing and delivering world-class software products, with at least 5+ years in a Product Management role, ideally focused on platform, data-intensive systems, or AI/ML-powered experiences.
• Deep understanding and significant hands-on experience defining strategy for and shipping products leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI systems, complex Machine Learning models, or Conversational AI to solve challenging user problems at scale.
• Passion for tackling complex business problems, ideally within fintech, personal finance, tax, or related domains where user trust, accuracy, and data privacy are paramount.
• Organizational effectiveness, navigating cross-functional, cross-business unit teams, reaching alignment on roadmaps and goals to deliver high-quality end to end customer experiences.
• Platform mindset, centered on defining capability strategies, and ensures cross-capability durability to accelerate the product strategy and roadmap across multiple domains.
• A data-driven mindset combined with strong analytical skills. Proven track record of leveraging A/B testing, behavioral insights, and ML models to optimize funnel performance and drive conversion/engagement improvements.
• A Bachelor’s degree required with a focus in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative/technical field preferred. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prioritize, influence, and align teams, including senior executives and cross-functional partners.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity, quickly iterating on hypotheses, and prioritizing high-impact initiatives.
