ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Customer Service Assistant, your primary responsibility is to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by providing support and assistance to customers. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries and resolving issues. Support the administrative functions of the Customer Service Process to allow the representatives to communicate with accounts quickly and efficiently.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone and/or email.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Prepare/process orders, returns and cancellations.
  • Clerical support for Customer Services Representatives.
  • Collaborate with team members as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Ability to work onsite.
  • Working independently and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

REQUIREMENTS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of customer service experience.
  • Previous experience with Word and Excel.

The pay range for this role is $25.00-$27.00/hr USD.
