The Customer Engagement (Sales) team at Frost & Sullivan plays a vital role in driving our global growth and deepening client relationships. As the first point of contact with our clients, this team translates business challenges into strategic solutions — connecting leaders across industries with Frost & Sullivan’s transformative research, consulting, and growth advisory services.
Our sales professionals are more than revenue drivers; they are trusted advisors who help clients navigate disruption, seize emerging opportunities, and achieve sustainable growth. Working closely with business leaders, C-suite executives, and internal stakeholders, they play a key role in delivering value that lasts.
With a global footprint, the Sales team collaborates closely with our Advisory, Growth Opportunity Analytics (GOA), Consulting, and Customer Experience teams to deliver seamless solutions aligned with Frost & Sullivan’s mission — helping clients build a smarter, more sustainable world.
About the Role
Account Manager / Account Executive
In this role, you will engage potential clients, identify their unique business needs, and introduce them to Frost & Sullivan’s solutions. You’ll drive revenue growth by developing new accounts, nurturing existing relationships, and executing a consultative sales approach that creates long-term client value.

Frost & Sullivan is seeking Account Managers (3–5 years’ experience) and Account Executives (2–3 years’ experience) with strong commercial acumen, communication skills, and a passion for strategic selling.
The final level and position title will be determined based on interview and assessment outcomes.
