Salary: $17/hour
In this position the associate is working in a call center environment at a their own desk, assisting commuters directly in the traffic lanes passing through the IN Toll Road booth spanning coverage from the Illinois state line to Ohio state line. When a commuter has issues for example like problems with their EZ pass, inability to get a ticket and/or pay a ticket etc. they can press the call button which will connect them to this call center. Agents will be in a que amongst the other team waiting to receive calls. The computer system will link them to a live video feed of the toll plaza so they can see the commuter and better assist them both phone (head set or landline). Agents will need to log information following up on the call or do certain data entry to let commuters pass through the gate. The in-lane call center then escalates that information to a second call center that take care of commuters after they are out of the toll lane.
