Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Implementation and configuration: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce FSC, configuring core modules like Client 360, Financial Accounts, and Relationship Groups.
- Solution design: Translate financial business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, designing and developing the architecture using tools like Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs).
- Integration: Integrate Salesforce FSC with external systems, such as core banking, ERP, document management systems, and third-party APIs.
- Technical expertise: Provide technical guidance, handle technical issues, and develop code using Apex, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
- Collaboration and communication: Collaborate with business teams, stakeholders, and other technical teams to gather requirements and align Salesforce capabilities with business goals.
- Testing and support: Perform unit testing, code reviews, and troubleshooting to ensure system performance and quality.
- Documentation and training: Create technical documentation and conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams.
Required skills and experience
- Strong expertise in Salesforce development, with a focus on Financial Services Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, and Process Builder.
- Experience with Salesforce API integrations (e.g., REST, SOAP).
- Familiarity with the financial services industry, including use cases, data models, and compliance/regulatory requirements (like KYC/AML).
- Experience with data modeling, security, and Object-Oriented principles.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and data migration is often preferred.
