Mechanical Assembler
Job Description
As an assembler, you will be responsible for reading blueprints and drawings to construct vacuum grippers, gantry robots, and other components. This role involves mechanical assembly using hand and power tools, fitting and fastening to align and secure parts and subassemblies, mounting and configuring parts onto larger customer-specific equipment. You will conduct quality control and testing to ensure all components and machinery operate according to specifications, troubleshoot and report issues, and perform preventive maintenance on assembly equipment and tools.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hickory, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
