Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Domino's Pizza location in Pontiac, United States. We're seeking an energetic and customer-focused individual to help lead our store operations and drive success.

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning during shifts
  • Manage and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
  • Participate in hands-on tasks such as food preparation, order taking, and cleaning
  • Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals
  • Train and develop new team members
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service or retail management preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Proficiency in math and problem-solving
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)

Additional Information

$15-$17 an hour
