The key account manager provide lab water solution to customer as a consultant. Fully understand the customer's needs and meet expectations in order to proposal the most suitable laboratory water system. The execution of sales initiatives develops and maintain sales relations for existing and potential customers. Involves collaborating with marketing and service team, deep dive market situation and after system maintenance. Distributor management refers to the strategic oversight and coordination of relationships between Merck Milli-Q and distributors.

Your Role

Responsible for using professional knowledge of laboratory system to connect with customer and generate sales for target. Developing sales strategy or tactical to approach, making cold calls to leads or taking calls from prospective opportunities. Revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with customer and proposal laboratory water system to meet or to resolve their expectation. Distributor management refers to the strategic oversight and coordination act as intermediaries in the sales process.

⚫Be knowledgeable about laboratory water system.

⚫Identify prospective customers, leads or opportunities generation

⚫Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs

⚫Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems

⚫Answer questions about the products

⚫Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements

⚫Collaborate with marketing and service team in many different sectors

⚫Defining clear performance metrics and targets for distributors.

⚫Regularly monitoring and evaluating distributor performance against established KPI.

Who You Are

⚫Relevant experience in sales or marketing.

⚫Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

⚫Owned capability to penetrate and develop new potential application to create new business opportunities

⚫Familiarity with SFDC or other CRM systems.

⚫Ability to develop new customers and possess market insights.

⚫Good communication skills and able to interact with other peer groups and maintain good relationship with distributors
