Nilfisk

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to oversee all marketing activities across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. This role involves developing and executing local marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, generating demand, and supporting sales objectives. The successful candidate will act as the key liaison between local markets and the regional/global marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with regional and global objectives.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends in CZ/SK.

• Brand & Communications

Adapt and localize brand messaging to ensure relevance in Czech and Slovak markets.

Manage PR, media relations, and corporate communications locally.

• Campaigns & Demand Generation

Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, events, partnerships).

Support lead generation and nurturing in close collaboration with the sales team.

Measure campaign ROI and optimize based on performance data.

• Digital Marketing

Manage local digital presence, including website content, SEO/SEM, and social media.

Drive customer engagement through localized content marketing and storytelling.

• Events & Partnerships

Organize local trade shows, customer events, and community engagements.

Build and manage relationships with agencies, partners, and influencers.

• Teamwork & Reporting

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer success).

Provide regular reporting on market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance.

Work closely with the Country Head and Eastern Cluster Marketing to ensure strong alignment and transparent communication.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
• Marketing experience, preferably in B2B and/or industrial sectors in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of Czech and Slovak markets.
• Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and brand awareness activities.
• Excellent communication skills in Czech and English (both written and spoken).
• Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI-focused campaigns.
• Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
