Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy working with your hands? We’re looking for Mechanical Assemblers to help build high-quality industrial machines in a clean, climate-controlled environment. This is your chance to work with a supportive team and grow your skills in a stable, well-lit facility.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble industrial machines by following detailed work instructions.
• Use hand and power tools such as screw guns, sockets, and wrenches.
• Work across four assembly stations, each with unique tasks:
  • Install hydraulic and electrical components, brakes, tires, engines, and lift arms.
  • Complete sub-assemblies and electrify machines.
  • Perform final assembly, including sheet metal and hopper installation.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met at every step.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with engines and assembly processes.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy assembly.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently across multiple stations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marengo, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
