PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a Machine Operator (Inserter Operator) to join our partner—a world-leading financial technology company transforming the way money moves for millions of businesses and consumers. What You’ll Do

You’ll receive training to operate advanced inserting machinery used in secure document and payment processing. Your precision and attention to detail will help ensure every transaction runs smoothly and every customer receives accurate information.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain Pitney Bowes and Bluecrest inserting machines
• Set up equipment, run jobs, and perform quality checks for accuracy and compliance
• Adapt quickly to production changes in a fast-paced environment
• Stage completed materials for pickup and maintain an organized work area

What You’ll Bring

• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stand for most of the shift and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to bend, kneel, climb, and reach frequently

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in a fast-paced production, printing, or mailroom environment
• Prior experience operating inserting or manufacturing equipment

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
