Job Summary
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Truss Builders to join a growing manufacturing team in Easley, SC. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, teamwork, and producing quality products that make a real impact in construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble wood roof and floor trusses according to blueprints and specifications.
- Operate hand tools, nail guns, saws, and other production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Measure and cut lumber to required dimensions.
- Inspect materials and finished trusses to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and production procedures.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or manufacturing preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and follow simple measurements and diagrams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
- Must be dependable and able to work the full scheduled shift.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
- Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!
Compensation
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
