We’re seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is committed to patient-centered care, lifelong learning, and collaboration within a supportive clinical team. You’ll work with a diverse caseload of orthopedic, sports, post-surgical, and chronic pain patients — helping each person reach their unique goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Follow Up: Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as instructed by the physical therapist.
• Treatment Planning: Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Documentation: While using Raintree, Monitor and document patient progress during treatment sessions, reporting changes to the physical therapist.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and families on exercises, pain management techniques, and care plans
• Professional Atmosphere: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree as Physical Therapy Assistant from accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
