Job requirements

The Corporate Secretarial Assistant ("CSA") for the Corporate Secretarial team will provide full administrative support and work collaboratively with the team to help deliver the day-to-day responsibilities of the team.

The incumbent will provide support to prepare minutes and resolutions, update and maintain statutory and corporate records and send out registered mails to clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the team in providing corporate secretarial/administrative support to companies (in particular UK and PRC-owned companies)
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining statutory records in compliance with applicable laws
  • Assist in preparing resolutions and other corporate secretarial documents and filing notifications with the various authorities, i.e., ACRA, IRAS
  • Assist in obtaining extracts from ACRA
  • Support the team in recording and maintaining the team's internal file/database
  • Assist in collating information/documents for due diligence requirements
  • Sending out registered mails to clients.

Candidate Profile

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following attributes and skills:

  • At least a Diploma holder in any discipline
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proficient in Mandarin
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Agile and willing to learn
  • Well organised, meticulous, and able to work independently under pressure
  • 1-2 years administrative experience in a Corporate Secretarial firm is preferred.
