Job Summary

This is an on-site, customer service position suitable for candidates with or without prior experience in customer service. The role focuses on supporting life policy owner services and managing policy servicing processes efficiently. Candidates will leverage their skills in MS Office to enhance operational workflows and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize policy servicing processes to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity in policy servicing tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to address policy owner inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Analyse policy data to identify trends and recommend improvements in servicing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all servicing activities.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for policy servicing processes.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex policy servicing issues.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to policy servicing.
  • Implement best practices to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance policy servicing capabilities.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on policy servicing objectives.
  • Support the development of new policy servicing strategies to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong proficiency in MS Office applications to manage and analyze data effectively.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • Have experience in life policy owner service which is considered a valuable asset.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills to identify and resolve policy servicing challenges.
  • Show ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Display attention to detail and accuracy in all policy servicing activities.
