Position Description
Completes clerical duties for specific groups within the business. Supports functions through various activities including: data entry, mailings and system updates.
Job Responsibilities
- Provides clerical assistance under changing priorities to support a specific group in the business.
- Completes data entry and updates in systems or various databases.
- Coordinates mailings and other Company communication when requested
- Contacts vendors and third party groups as well as coordinates with individuals or teams as needed
- Maintains,verifies, or enters information into reports as requested
- Other duties as assigned

- Strong computer skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage varying workloads
- Good communication skills to support various internal and external teams
- Ability to complete tasks in an urgent nature
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
Education
High School diploma
